Description

Most of the built binaries are either missing this information entirely, or the metadata is out of date.

Updated copyright years in binary metadata

Now this information is up to date for 2018 and the 2.1 release.

However, since there is a recurring need to update this info, the appropriate way would be automate it with predefined symbols as much as possible (cf. Version.cmake).
