Description
If you accidentally hit delete to clear the Menu --> Select command, you're screwed. If Null, default to ENTER; else, provide some sort of warning or error trapping.
"You can't have a null value, please select a key"

Updated by The console can be used to restore the menuselect binding:
bindevent menu:key-return menuselect

Fixed for 1.9.8. When deleting the "menuselect" bindings, the default binding to Return is automatically restored so that the menu remains functional.
