Center HUD weapon position when firing
I have my HUD models setup so that they bob
realistically from side to side when I'm running but when
you shoot, the weapon's position isn't reset. So the
guns endup pointing in a different direction than where

I guess the following bug is somewhat related to this but a
bit more of a problem.
When you disable weapon lowering (for animated weapon
changes) HUD models are not raised at all if you start firing
during the weapon change animation. The result is the HUD
weapon models appearing off-screen untill you release fire.
Tested with the default state definitions.
