Description
option to use a engine feature cfg file that is shared
between all games, stuff like controls are read form
the game config file, while engine stuff (e.g.
light/network setup etc) are read form a global config
if the 'global engine config file' option is set true
within the game cfg file

This is effectively implemented by SettingsRegister
, for instance the renderer appearance profiles are "global", i.e., independent of the current game. What is needed is to add more of the variables into registers.
