Updated by jHexen requires that your Hexen IWAD is patched to ver 1.1 Try patching and then update this report.

Updated by Are there patches for the IWAD alone? The ones I found want HEXEN.EXE

Not that I'm aware of. It shouldn't be a problem though as hexen.exe can be found on your original game media.
