Description

As discussed with DaniJ:

1.The colours of the player arrow and the triangles that represent things when you have the second stage map cheat on can not be manually changed by the user.

2.The way it should work is that if a custom PLAYPAL has been used, the default behaviour should be to use the colours from there unless the user has specifically said to override them with their user-set colours. Under this set up, Dday is currently still using the original Doom pallete colours.

Both issues have now been fixed in svn for 1.9.0-beta6, the changelog will detail changes to the default behaviour and the new options.
