[HERETIC] Console command 'where' gives no output

Description

The console command 'where' doesn't produce any
(visible) output in jHeretic. With Hexen the command
does work, in Doom this command is not available (on
purpose?).

Oddly, the code for the 'where' command has been commented
out in jHeretic. I'll need to investigate why (cheating in
multiplayer?).

Remember to implement the 'where' command in jDoom too.
