Seg vio after savegame load when not in-game

Description

Start jHeretic and load the save game (attached)
straight from the menu without starting a new game.
After the level loads Doomsday instantly crashes with a
seg violation.

This doesn't appear to be directly related to the save
game though, as if you are currently in-game when you
load - there is no crash.

Fixed for Doomsday1.9.0-beta5.

I'll commit changes to SVN soon (at which point I'll close
this tracker item).
