Restore desktop after crash
Description
On Win32:
Atm if Doomsday crashes and you are dumped back to
windows, your resolution (possibly bit depth too?)
aren't restored to the state they were before running
Doomsday.
It would be good if Doomsday crashed more elegantly,
restoring the desktop settings if possible.
