What you are looking at there appears to be a notable (I say notable because most visual effects will never be 100% perfect) rendering mistake with fake radio.
Another notable example (at least on my computer), is a long line of fake radio protruding across the right side of sector 223 on TNT Map21, which appears when looking from certain angles.

I can't replicate this on my Windows 7 64-bit dev system with GTX 275. Can you tell us anything more about your particular set up that might help to diagnose the issue?

Installing previous versions over top didn't resolve the problem. I uninstalled and wiped the settings and reinstalled. Non-beta and step upgraded through the betas looking for the problem to occur. The problem did not occur. I also adjusted all of the settings in the latest beta and was unable to replicate the problem. I suspect a setting was corrupt or one that wasn't available in the newest beta had been removed. I wish I had a backup so I could better isolate what caused the problem and to determine if a setting reset would have fixed things. I'm considering resolved.
