Description

The title speaks for itself.

You can give yourself ammo or armour with "give a" and "give r" respectively. However the only way to give yourself health is by giving yourself a berserk pack.

Of course, you can repeat the command to un-give the berserk pack, but keep the health. Though the addition of a standard give health command line option would be nice (maybe two, one for giving the "max health" health, the other for giving the "health limit" health.

Extend the Give ammo console command to allow the giving of individual ammo types.
