Doomsday Engine

every now and then actually its quite often i will get segmentation violation and game will crash. in which case i restart

but i am playing plutonia experiment final doom and i am on 3rd lvl aztec. once i get halfway thru the level about and try to save (i used f6 if that matters) the game i get a big error

"out of things!" or some such

then i tried to load the game again and the savegame is corrupted. on load it will now crash with segmentation violation and will not load
