[HEXEN] Fighters Hammer unselectable without mana

Description
[HEXEN] Fighters Hammer is unselectable without mana.
Current beta v1.9.0b4 automatically deselects Fighters
Hammer when running out of green Mana. Trying to
reselect the Hammer (without green Mana) has same
result.
Worked in previous Doomsday relseases including betas
(as it should).

I've submitted a patch (1551123) to fix this and the similar
Axe bug.
