Description

Tested Doomsday build 1598 on Windows 8.1, Nvidia GeForce 750 Ti, driver 347.88.

The vsync setting does not do anything. It appears that vsync is kept on even though it looks like the Canvas is recreated.

Also, framerate is around 30 FPS initially, however after toggling the FSAA setting, framerate goes to full 60 FPS. (Which is weird?)

The Windows build of RC1 was compiled using Qt 5.3.1. However, running on my dev system with Qt 5.4.1, vsync and FSAA work like they should. I have updated the autobuilder to Qt 5.4.1, and we can see if this is a sufficient fix in the RC2 build.

Tried RC2 on Windows. It fixes the vsync setting for me, although when starting with vsync enabled, I'm still sometimes getting 30 FPS instead of 60 FPS until I toggle vsync off and on. I have no clue why that is happening.

Should keep an eye on this issue. It could be OpenGL driver dependent, or some glitch in the either Qt or Doomsday's window manager.
