Tested Doomsday build 1598 on Windows 8.1, 7, Nvidia GeForce 750 Ti, driver 347.88.
The vsync setting does not do anything. It appears that vsync is kept on even though it looks like the @Canvas@ is recreated.
Also, framerate is around 30 FPS initially, however after toggling the FSAA setting, framerate goes to full 60 FPS. (Which is weird?)
