Description

The summary speaks for itself; jpegs aren't the highest quality image format, but why can't Dday add jpeg to the list of image formats it supports, many of which more obscure than jpeg?

A why not RFE, though I will add that Risen3D supports jpeg model skins.

Apologies if the above sounds rude; if it does, it was by mistake.

Thus far we haven't added JPEG support because of the hassle of managing the 3rd party dependency to libjpeg on all of our supported platforms.

However, thanks to Qt this obstacle has been removed. I scheduled a proposal for this: http://dengine.net/dew/index.php?title=JPEG_support
