Cycling down from Elvenwand skips Staff
Description
When using the "next weapon"/"previous weapon"
commands (I have them bound to my mouse wheel),
cycling down from the Elvenwand skips the Staff and
selects the Gauntlets, but cycling up from the Gauntlets
will select the Staff before the Elvenwand.
