Description
New flags for particle stages:
These new flags would define that the stage should only
be used if the particle is touching a wall/plane. If not
then instantly skip to the next stage.

hstage
This would greatly help in creating better gore effects
where you wouldn't want to use the same particle
texture on both a wall and a plane.
Also can the max number of stages be made unlimited.
