Doomsday Engine loads only one game

Description

So I recently purchased a copy of Hexen: Beyond Heretic, and added it to the Doomsday Engine so I could run it without the DOS Emulator. However, when I want to play Heretic: Shadows of the Serpent Riders, all the program loads is Hexen. I deliberately click on "heretic" in the engine, and click "play", but when the program spins up, it has loaded Hexen instead. I tried simply moving the required Hexen files out of the jhexen folder, but that merely caused an error until I moved it back.

Is there something that automatically flags the most recently "installed" game as the default to load? I had no problems before installing Hexen, and I'd rather not have to uninstall it JUST to play Heretic more.

Could somebody please help me figure this out?

Edit: Found the problem. Apparently the HERETIC.WAD file disappeared from the appropriate folder needed to run it, and so Doomsday Engine defaulted to the only other game it could run at the time.

Still not sure how it got moved or deleted from said folder, but now that it works I suppose it doesn't matter.
