Description

The Powered up Wand Crystal in Heretic seems partially broken when it auto aims up/down from some angles (I'm unable to narrow down the angles/positions yet, as it currently seems semi random); in such cases, it sometimes seems to only fire a single shot, rather than 2 that spread out.

This was fixed by adapting the missile spawning function straight from vanilla Heretic for use with the Wand missiles.
