Continued UI cleanup
Implemented Point2i, Point2f, Size2i, Size2f, Recti and Rectf - the
instanceable class representations for their associated *Raw POD structs.
Point2* and Size2* use their *Raw equivalent internally, allowing these
classes to directly return the "raw" representation with no dynamic
allocation.
