Cleanup in preparation for completing work on game UI displays
Implemented Rectangle2i, Point2i and Size2i so that we can begin to raise
the abstraction level for 2d displays.
Fixed missing sector lightlevel gauge in the bias light editor due to
mismanagement of GL texture state.
Fixed info box text positioning in bias light editor and blockmap debug
displays (used FR_TextHeight instead of FR_SingleLineHeight).
