Snowberry: Center window on screen (Windows)

Description
The Kickstart window opens in the center of the screen,
but Snowberry opens in whatever position Windows
assigns to it. Each time the window is opened, it moves
lower and to the right until the bottom and right
borders are off the screen, then it resets and opens in
the top-left of the screen.
This is purely a cosmetic issue as no options are
obscured and the window can easily be moved, however I
think it would look more professional if it was
centered on the screen.

Frankly I'd call this a windows bug more than a snowberry
bug, Windows should be assigning an intelligent position to
new windows.
But on that note, I don't want to see snowberry always
opening centered when using a real window manager that
actually places it properly.
