Repeated Crashes

Description

Quick bit of Background Info: It did ths with 1.7.13 as
well, though I upgraded to 1.7.14 for the skin fix, mostly.

Whenever I play, the engine will just crash, seemingly
related to movement or lighting somehow, giving me the
standard Win2k "Doomsday.exe has generated errors and
will now be closed by windows" ordeal. I've tried
various things, including Disabling MD2s, FMOD, 3D
Dopplers, Sound, Kickstart Effects, the whole nine yards.

I run the game on OpenGL, with a 192 MB Cache of RAM
for the game to load into.

A quick look into my Dr. Watson logs revealed one
thing... they all seemed to be centered around this
function, "NtWaitForMultipleObjects." Almost every log
I have of it Crashing gives that in the report.

Examining my Doomsday.out logs show nothing. Period. No
special messae saying it crashed, it wuit, nothing. The
last message is "Picked up a box of Shotgun shells."
That's it. Boom. Gone.

I Do know that as with all snapshots you make no claims
to stability, but again, as I mentioned, this happened
to me in 1.7.13 as well, and perodically throughout the
whole time I've used JDOOM. Note that JHeretic and
JHexen, surprisingly, haven't crashed (But this might
be because I don't play those as much.)

Any Help or info on how to solve this myself, or if I
must wait for further progress would be appreciated.

This might ave been related to a Virus I had, W32.Pinfi. I'm
pretty sure you can disregard this report, I apologise.
