Description

It would be nice if you didn't automatically pick up
health and armor bonuses (the blue +1 bottles and
brown/green +1 helmets) if either one is already at
200%. Sometimes they're placed in the middle of
corridors or in front of places you need to go, and you
waste them by picking them up when you don't need them.

I suppose this could lead to not being able to get the
maximum percent of secrets on some levels, so it should
be user selectable.
