Description

The animation of wall textures and flats would be
improved by blending from one frame to the next. It
would need to support both flats and wall textures.

This will be in 1.7.12.

There will be no blending for model skins.

If the animation sequences would be defined using DED
files, this would be easier to implement.

How about model skin changes? Any blending there?
