Client: Players notified about weapon changes; ClientPlayer ticking
ClientPlayer now gets notified about which weapon identifier to use. Each (fractional) tick, players will also get a chance to advance the animation of the weapon model.
ClientPlayer uses the same MobjAnimator that is used for map objects.
