Completed shifting around the src files for the audio driver interface and plugins. Doomsday and all plugins now build under Windows. With luck build should be successful under *nix too. The XCode project will need updating (I didn't want to break it so have left it alone) and there will probably be a linking error to resolve as I noticed that the QuickTime interface uses the same function names as existing engine-side routines.
