Fixed various issues in the menu: Attempting to view to the mouse/joystick options page in the menu would result in a seg fault in DOOM2/TNT/Plutonia or instead navigate to the Episode Select menu in DOOM. Minor misalignment of the M_DOOM patch resulted in mods which used this for a menu background (e.g., icarus.wad) were not aligned correctly. Fixed positioning of the Options menu.
