Heretic: Fixed multiplayer chicken morph

There were some issues with updating the client's
state after a morph occurred. Also, the server wasn't
changing the player's class to PCLASS_CHICKEN.

However, because clients can't yet issue damage
requests, the beak attack does no damage.
