CMake|DirectSound|Windows: Added DENG_ENABLE_EAX option; DirectSound cleanup
One can now disable the EAX 2.0 build time requirement and usage atruntime. Enabled by default.
Presently only used by the DirectSound plugin for Windows and thenonly if the EAX package is found during configure.
Todo for later: Theres an unnecessary amount of error handling...
