Continued work on ringzero:
- Added a couple of macros for use with the resource scripts on WIN32 which define some of the extended information in the game libraries. Moved definition of the copyright year into the game's version.h (for now).
- Renamed various DD_* constants for consistency.
- Added engine/api/dengproject.h to contain project-level definitions such as the project's home URL. Used by the engine and the game plugins.
- Misc clean up.
