In the process, fixed a couple of outstanding issues. Note that jHexen will still FTBFS as it hasn't yet been updated with respect to these changes. There also remains a minor issue with the statusbar inventory display if the selection mode is set to "scroll", which I'll address once I've updated jHexen.
