This version is somewhat of a work-in-progress list.
Recent issues that originate in unstable builds (newer than the latest stable build) and should be addressed before the next stable release. When a stable release is made:
* All made, all open issues here should be moved to target the next new stable release (i.e., slated for fixing before the next release).
* The target version of closed issues should be removed, because they never were part of any stable release (discovered and fixed during a single unstable phase).
Note that issues that clearly originate from a time before the current unstable phase should not be targeting this version. release.
