This is somewhat of a work-in-progress list.
When a stable release is made:- All open issues here should be moved to target the next stable release (i.e., slated for fixing before the next release).
- The target version of closed issues should be removed, because they never were part of any stable release (discovered and fixed during a single unstable phase).
Note that issues that clearly originate from a time before the current unstable phase should not be targeting this version.
