Hexen: Massacre cheat will kill underwater Stalkers (serpents) and Wraiths
As currently unshootable, underwater Stalkers and buried Wraiths would get ignored by the massacre cheat. Now they get an exception in Hexen's massacre implementation.
Anything will the "mf_countkill" flag is now affected by the massacre.
