Couple of minor optimizations to plane glow management:
- Rather than allocate a lumobj per subsector plane and link each separately, instead, allocate one lumobj per plane and link to each of the sector's subsectors.
- No spreading is done to plane glows so do not link them in the objlink'd blockmap.
