libdoom|libheretic|libhexen: Improved map title positioning in automap
With 'map-title-position' 1, the title is now positioned above the status bar, if it is visible, or in the bottom of the view, if the status bar is not shown presently.
In other words, it now respects the value of 'map-huddisplay'.
