All Games: Revised WI_DrawPatch to take a ptr to dpatch_t rather than a lump num. This has the knock on effect that to use this routine, a patch must have been R_CachePatch'd first. Also fixed the issue with the HUD text type in timer not being updated when the menu is closed/inactive.
