Continued working towards a common, game-side mobj spawn supersystem.

  • Ambient sound (sequence) origins and Heretic's boss and mace spots generated in P_LoadMapObjs.
  • jDoom/jDoom64: the effects of the MSF_DEAF flag are now applied in P_SpawnMobj (as per the other games).
