Introduced tagged sector lists, these allow us to iterate ONLY those sectors with a specified tag for improved speed in all instances where this task is done. Note: tagged list iterations cannot be nested as the iterators would modify the SAME list rovers. In the unlikely event this is needed only one of the nested iterations can make use of the tagged lists (I suggest the inner most loop).
