Removed TU_SHINY and TU_SHINY_MASK idents from gltexunit. Now that shiny polys are (once again) handled seperately they are back in their original slots; TU_PRIMARY and TU_INTER for the shiny texture and the shiny mask texture respectively. The virtualized texture unit stuff is now done at material-level.
