Fixed|Map Renderer: Dually rendered geometry with rend-dev-sky
As far as I am aware this resolves the last known issue with the sky fix mask geometry construction.
Todo: Cleanup. Obviously this is both messy and ugly however at this point I much more concerned with the correctness of the output than with elegant engineering.
