CMake|OS X: Code signing
To comply with code signing rules, the plugins were moved under theapp bundle's PlugIns directory (PlugIns/Doomsday).
Also, Qt 5.4 is required when signing on OS X 10.9.5 or later (olderQt frameworks don't comply with new signing rules).
