dsFluidSynth: Basic synthesizer functionality
The dsFluidSynth audio plugin can now be loaded with -imusic. It willload an SF2 soundfont, read MIDI data from a file and synthesize onesecond worth of samples for the output stream.
Todo: Add the necessary streaming support for the Sfx module.
