Input: Changed "input-sharp-lateprocessing" to 0 by default
View angle turning using the keyboard feels better with late processing disabled. For now it is better to compromise on the controls feel -- between vanilla 35 Hz and modern low-latency -- because we don't have separate input modes and the requirements for these are conflicting.
