Added UWF_OVERRIDE_ALPHA flag for use with UI_DrawWidgets: rather than multiply the specified alpha with the per-widget alpha multiplier; ignore the per-widget multiplier and use the value specified as the absolute alpha for both textAlpha and iconAlpha. Restores correct behavior when using the statusbar-span view.
