Fixed: Animated blood waterfall textures in Plutonia 2.

Addressed the assumption that Materials in the MN_TEXTURES namespace were created in the same order as their primary texture as defined in the TEXTURE lump(s).

Todo: There is still an issue with these cycling between normal and fullbright though this will need to be addressed elsewhere.
