Unix: Added system-level config value "iwaddir"
/etc/doomsday/paths or ~/.doomsday/paths can now be used to configurethe location of IWAD files. The following config file:
iwaddir: ~/IWADs/
is equivalent to:
-iwad ~/IWADs/
on the command line.
