Re-implemented the BOOM concept of "in-stasis" thinkers (they don't actually get to think) in the engine, thus simplifying the game-side management of thinkers (e.g. save games). Now thinkers of any type can be put in stasis (even mobjs). Perhaps "in-stasis" isn't really the best term?
